What Cryptalume does
Cryptalume helps investigate wallet theft, trace public transaction routes, prepare evidence timelines, and support exchange-restriction cases.
How information is checked
Transaction facts are checked against public data on the relevant blockchain. Service rules, restrictions, and current events are checked against primary sources when available. Hypotheses are kept separate from confirmed facts.
Limits
Tracing shows public movement but does not identify an address owner without additional evidence and cannot guarantee recovery. Exchanges, payment services, and public authorities make decisions about freezes, disclosure, or restitution.
Safety and corrections
Cryptalume never asks for a seed phrase, private key, or password. Materials are dated and updated as practice changes. A fact that cannot be verified must not be presented as established.
