Processors and retention

Infrastructure providers process data only for hosting, database, email, AI, and payment functions. Lava.top processes payment details; Cryptalume does not receive card data.

Data is retained as needed to handle the case, protect the service, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica collect pseudonymous technical visit data such as viewed pages, referral source, approximate region, device type, and website interactions. Metrica may also record pseudonymous page interaction through Webvisor. We use this information to understand traffic and improve the service.
