Before payment

The price, scope, and no-recovery-guarantee notice are shown before checkout. A paid theft analysis is offered only after the free scan confirms usable data.

Refund eligibility

A full refund is available if paid work has not started. Once work begins, a request is assessed against completed work and incurred costs.

If Cryptalume cannot provide the paid service for reasons within its control, the undelivered portion is refunded.

Outcome is not a delivery guarantee

An exchange rejection, lack of third-party response, inability to recover assets, or an unfavorable analytical conclusion does not by itself mean the service was not delivered. The fee covers analytical work and support, not a guaranteed recovery.

How to request a refund

Open the paid case in your workspace and send the specialist a request with the reason. It will be reviewed against the facts and work status.
