Nature of the service

Cryptalume provides informational and analytical crypto-incident services. It is not an exchange, bank, wallet, law-enforcement body, or law firm.

We never take custody of assets or request a seed phrase, private key, password, or remote device access.

Free and paid features

The initial AI consultation and short Incident Scan are free. Stolen funds analysis and specialist case support are purchased separately at the price shown before Lava.top checkout.

Paid analysis is offered only after a free scan confirms sufficient public data for useful work.

Limits of outcomes

Tracing, reports, and support cannot guarantee recovery, unfreezing, or compensation. Exchanges, authorities, and other third parties make those decisions.

Cryptalume commits to the agreed, objectively possible work but cannot promise an outcome controlled by a third party.

Customer responsibilities

Customers provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Exchange requests must be sent by the registered customer from their verified email.

The service may not be used for harassment, hacking, concealing the source of funds, or any unlawful purpose.

Payment and access

Payments are processed by Lava.top. Paid access starts only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. The separate refund policy applies.
